Bunnell home watch, kept to the outside of the house

If you own a house in Bunnell and live somewhere else, home watch photos show you its outside on a date you choose: the roof line, the yard, the trees and the street in front.

The town

Bunnell is the seat of Flagler County, home to its government offices, and it sits inland on US 1, west of I-95 and well away from the beaches. Near the middle of town the streets keep to an older grid, with houses from many decades under mature trees. Head out from the center and the lots widen, the roads run longer, and pasture and pine take over.

Being inland spares a house the worst of the salt air, but not the summer. Heat, heavy afternoon rain and live oaks hung with Spanish moss decide what a Bunnell yard looks like after a few weeks on its own.

The visits

Bunnell home watch photos for every kind of lot

Front View
For an in-town street. The front of the house as anyone driving past would see it, photographed from the public road.
Full Property
For a deeper lot, or a back yard the road cannot see. Photos all around the outside from the open grounds: the sides, the back yard, the shed and the fence line.
Drone
For a big parcel. One aerial video of the whole property, from the house to the back fence.

Questions

My mailing address says Bunnell. Does it matter whether I am inside the city?

No. A Bunnell mailing address does not always mean the house is inside the city limits, and we serve both: the city itself and the county land around it.

What changes most at a Bunnell house in summer?

The lawn, first: heat and afternoon rain push it along fast. After a windy week, limbs and Spanish moss from the live oaks land on roofs, drives and fences.

Do you serve Espanola, Korona and the rest of the west side?

Yes. Houses out on the county roads west and north of town, in Espanola, Korona, St. Johns Park and Daytona North, are part of the area we serve.

Which Bunnell streets do you serve?

Houses on the older grid near downtown, along US 1 and State Road 100, and on the bigger lots farther out, all in ZIP code 32110.
